People all over the east coast are stuck.  My mom is stuck here for a few extra days but she was upgraded to first class with everybody else who got stuck somewhere.  It is probably better to be stuck here right now than at any hotel or airport.  And much cheaper.

Mom is visiting for Christmas.  We don't have any real plans.  I would rather it be that way.  Here is our tree.

Not Minnesota cold but cold enough to complain about it.  We'll have some snow when my mom comes out to visit next week.  I know she was looking forward to it.  This may be my last one.

It is warm enough to rain.  We had rain all last night into this morning.  The pond is frozen enough to stay frozen so the rain is splashing on the ice and freezing immediately to the surface.

A few things will be different this winter.

I have taken my radio station off line already.  It didn't seem to get the attention I wanted it to.  Probably because my music sucks.  I'll set up some playlists or something and play those occasionally instead of my whole catalog on random all the time.  Who wants a Christmas playlist?

We have snow on the ground.

I just dropped Erin off at the airport…again.  Now I'm up earlier than usual and have some time to kill.  Let's look at bunnies on YouTube.
